All custom embroidery work is produced at our facility and is supervised by professionals with years of embroidery experience. Every garment is hand trimmed, folded and inspected for quality.

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery machines, as they are considered the "gold standard" for the embroidery industry, a total of 66 computerized embroidery heads. A unique benefit we offer our customer is the variety of machines we own and operate. We have several different sizes of embroidery machines that offer the the capacity and flexibility to accommodate any volume and turn around requirement and that's whether a customer is looking for one piece or thousands of embroidered garments!

The Tajima machines we own and operate sew up to 12 thread colors per logo, in addition to an exclusive 270-degree hat frame that allows us to embroider hat fronts and side logos in one operation. Custom Embroidery Gallery offers extensive experience embroidering bags, logo shirts and many other garments that are considered difficult to embroider by others. Another of our unique talents is that we employ specialized embroidery techniques such as "3D" or "puff" embroidery and applique.

Operating around the clock with 2 shifts, ensures that we can deliver even the tightest of deadlines! Our production time is typically 5 days after approval of digitized designs and receipt of goods. We also offer Same-day, next-day and 2nd day priority embroidery services on approved logos or designs.
